Wish there was a minus rating score to give you guys. Pathetic service. I mentioned specifically to deliver anonymously yet my name was disclosed which ruined the surprise. I wrote special instructions to write on cake, i believe every bakery specially Tehzeeb have red icing, use red icing to make a little heart on cake instead the same msg was written on a card. I did not mention to write a card. I emphasised on delivering fresh roses and when i received video and picture of items i ordered, it looked insanely cheap. Above all the rider was unwilling to deliver, said he will deliver another time! Like seriously? How about you should have charged me another time. Whats the point of delivering another time when the birthday was that specific day. Dumb!!
