Subject: Matchless service Pak online stores
First of all i love this new website, it has so many options and things to order. I have been ordering on online Pak shopping stores for last 6 years. I have used certain other online stores as well. But let me tell my exprerience with PakGift shop is matchless. They are very nice, gentle and understand their customer. They provide same level of service that you normally get in any big stores in US/Canada unlike other Paki online stores which you really have to forget after you had ordered. I ordered a gift on Mothers day to my mom in Karachi, every thing as in line with what I ordered, but mom wanted a different color of the JJ suit i sent her. On my one email to PakGift shop, even by the time i checked the reply, the guy from PakGift had already called my mom and was at home with a replacement. I love the service and I really hope you guys do great so we can continue ordering. Some of the items added in food section is really good; i dont find this variety on any other website. You are super!! |
